Revelyst Golf Technology seeks an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales growth across the Mid-Atlantic region, including Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. You will develop territory plans, analyze pipelines, and partner with internal teams, channel partners, and customers to achieve goals.

Based in Virginia, this role requires frequent regional travel to golf courses and retailers. The position offers a competitive salary between $100,000 and $110,000, a comprehensive benefits

Qualificações

• 5+ years of outside sales or territory management experience.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel regionally with overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Territory & Revenue: Work towards revenue goals for the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and market trends.
• Collaborate with key accounts and support broader coverage.
• Travel to golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and influencers.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Serve as regional liaison between sales, marketing, and operations.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
• Ensure brand messaging and pricing compliance.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and deliver forecasts.
