Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in the New York metro area. This hybrid role combines home-office work with field travel to local schools, clubs, and events, requiring 2-5 days in the territory per week.

You will drive revenue, manage accounts, and expand multi-sport penetration using CRM data and strong relationship skills. A minimum of 3 years in B2B outside sales or coaching is preferred; a reliable vehicle and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (or coaching/sports background).
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and account management.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling across sports and levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage travel within the territory.
