Job summary

Revelyst Golf Technology seeks an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead growth in the Mid-Atlantic (MD, DC, VA). You will own territory planning, engage golf courses and retailers, and partner with marketing, ops, and leadership to hit revenue targets.

This role emphasizes data-driven strategies, demonstrations, and strong customer engagement. Based in Virginia, this position reports to the NE Regional Sales Director and requires significant regional travel and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales or territory management.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regionally, including overnight stays.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans for the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Call on golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, and partners; build relationships.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and presentations.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and deliver sales forecasts to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market strategies.
