Revelyst Golf Technology in Virginia Beach is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the Mid-Atlantic. The role focuses on account development, territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration to hit regional sales targets.

You will travel regionally, call on golf courses, retailers, and partners, and partner with internal teams to deliver on sales objectives and demonstrate our technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales or territory management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
• Represent Revelyst Golf Technology at trade shows, demo days, tournaments, and regional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand messaging and alignment.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, deliver forecasts and reports to leadership.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
