Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead finance transformations with deep R2R and FP&A expertise within the Media & Entertainment sector. You will drive end-to-end design and delivery of technology-enabled finance transformations across global teams, aligning processes, data and governance to improve close and forecasting efficiency.

The role emphasizes staff coaching, workshop facilitation, and collaboration with GPOs and technology stakeholders to deliver tangible value and robust operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA a plus).
• 6+ years in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close, intercompany, consolidations and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario management.
• Redesign operating models and processes to improve close, reporting, planning and governance.
