Job summary

EY is recruiting a Manager to lead technology-enabled finance transformations with deep R2R and/or FP&A expertise. You will drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, shaping operating models, processes, and data governance within the Media & Entertainment sector.

You will partner with Global Process Owners and business leaders to deliver value cases, optimize close cycles, and improve forecasting and budgeting. EY offers a comprehensive rewards package across US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Proven experience in Media & Entertainment sector.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams including close, assets, intercompany, and reporting.
• Lead FP&A workstreams: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario management.
• Redesign operating models and processes to improve close and reporting efficiency.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, requirements, KPIs, data needs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs and stakeholders; drive decisions and dispositions.
