Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead technology-enabled finance transformations in the US, focusing on R2R and FP&A within the Media & Entertainment sector. Qualifications

• 6+ years in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Controllership or FP&A operations experience preferred.
• Consulting experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close, intercompany and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams for planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario management.
• Redesign operating models and processes to improve close, reporting and forecasting performance.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, requirements, KPIs and data needs.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs, BU leads and technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: plan, RAID log, scope, quality and delivery economics.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases for close and forecasting improvements.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
