Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Finance Consulting to lead R2R and FP&A transformations across the Media & Entertainment sector. The role spans design of end-to-end finance processes, operating models, and data governance, enabling efficient close, reporting, and planning.

You will coach staff, drive value through improved forecasting, and contribute to sector thought leadership while coordinating onshore/offshore delivery with global teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation.
• Experience in R2R, FP&A, or related finance processes.
• Media & Entertainment sector experience.
• Strong executive communication and workshop skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across the full taxonomy: master data, fixed assets, projects, periodic close, intercompany, sub-consolidation and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams: long-range planning, revenue/cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario management.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models; deliver improvements in close and reporting.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, requirements, KPIs, data requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs and stakeholders; document dispositions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery; workplan, RAID, scope, and delivery economics.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases for close and forecasting.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
