Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead finance transformations with deep R2R and FP&A expertise, focusing on the Media & Entertainment sector. You will guide end-to-end design, process optimization, and delivery across global teams.

You will drive value through improved close, forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, and governance while coaching junior staff and contributing to proposals and sector thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A.
• Controllership or FP&A operations experience required; consulting preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams: planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario management.
• Assess and redesign operating models; drive close and reporting improvements.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, requirements, KPIs and data needs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs, business leads and tech stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, scope, RAID, and global delivery leverage.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases for close and forecasting.
• Coach staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
