Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Finance Consulting to lead technology-enabled finance transformations across R2R and FP&A within the Media & Entertainment sector. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, process redesign, and governance, with experience guiding design workshops and multi-site delivery teams.

You will coach staff, contribute to proposals, and support Phase 0 assessments, leveraging onshore/offshore delivery models and a global delivery network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, fixed assets, projects, close processes, intercompany and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams including long-range planning, revenue and cost planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and processes to improve close, reporting, and governance.
• Own business process design deliverables: L3/L4 process flows, requirements, KPIs and data needs.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs, business leads, SMRs and Technology; drive decisions and dispositions.
