Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Record-to-Report (R2R) and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) expertise to lead technology-enabled finance transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector across the Americas. You will design and deliver end-to-end finance transformations, driving improvements in close, reporting, planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation or FP&A/ R2R design.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end finance transformations.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams including planning, forecasting and budgeting.
• Redesign operating models and deliver transformation initiatives to improve close and reporting.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, requirements, KPIs, data needs.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs, business leads and technology stakeholders.
• Manage delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, and offshore/onshore delivery mix.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases for close and forecasting.
