Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Finance Consulting practice to lead technology-enabled finance transformations with a focus on R2R and FP&A for the Media & Entertainment sector. You will guide end-to-end workstreams, shape operating models, and deliver quantifiable improvements in close, planning and reporting.

With deep sector fluency and proven consulting experience, you will mentor staff and contribute to proposals, leveraging offshore delivery where appropriate to maximize value for clients

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Consulting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close, intercompany, consolidations and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams covering planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario management.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and processes for improved close and reporting.
• Own design deliverables including process flows, requirements, KPIs and data needs.
• Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; drive decisions.
