Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Finance Consulting with deep R2R and FP&A expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency. You will lead design and delivery of technology-enabled finance transformations and own end-to-end R2R and FP&A workstreams across the full taxonomy.

You will redesign operating models, drive to decisions, and manage day-to-day delivery while coaching staff and contributing to proposals. Strong client facilitation and sector knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Controllership or FP&A operations experience; consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close and reporting.
• Lead FP&A workstreams including long-range planning, revenue planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Redesign operating models, processes and org structures for enhanced close and forecasting.
• Own process design deliverables, data requirements, KPIs and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, RAID, scope, quality and offshore/onshore mix.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases for close and forecasting.
• Coach staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
