Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead Finance Transformation initiatives in R2R and FP&A within the Media & Entertainment sector. You will design end-to-end finance processes, manage onshore/offshore delivery, and drive value through improved close, reporting, planning and forecasting.

With 6+ years in finance transformation and strong communication skills, you will partner with Global Process Owners and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and benefit realisation across multiple EY

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design
• Controllership or FP&A operations; consulting experience strongly preferred
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, fixed assets, projects, close, intercompany, sub-consolidation and reporting.
• Lead FP&A workstreams including long-range planning, revenue planning, cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario management.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and processes; develop transformation initiatives to improve close and reporting efficiency.
• Own design deliverables: process flows, design decisions, requirements, KPIs, data requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; drive to decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, deliverable quality, and global delivery leverage.
• Translate pain points into quantified value cases for close and forecasting improvements.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

MBA or CPA a plus
