Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or record-to-report.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, or finance ops.
• 6+ years in Energy, Resources & Industrials industry or serving such clients.
• Experience supporting solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report opportunities in Energy, Resources & Industrials.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, and client presentations.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow including pipeline, qualification, and delivery handoffs.
• Lead or support mobilization and ongoing delivery, governance, transition, and reporting.
• Drive standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements.
