Job summary

Deloitte Hartford is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery in its Finance Operate practice to grow our Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services in the Energy, Resources & Industrials sector. You will shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, and lead mobilization and delivery excellence.

The role blends accounting expertise with managed services delivery, commercial acumen, and strong client leadership, requiring large-scale project work and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, or outsourced delivery.
• 6+ years in Energy, Resources & Industrials industry or with such clients.
• Experience supporting or leading finance managed services initiatives.
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client assignments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Master's degree and CPA license are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / R2R in Energy, Resources & Industrials.
• Lead business development, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow with pipeline visibility and prioritization.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization, governance, transition, and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and tech enablement.
