Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a part of Motorola Solutions, is seeking an R&D Technical Program Manager based at our West Los Angeles, CA headquarters. You will drive end-to-end program execution across hardware and software in RF sensing, electronic warfare, and wireless connectivity, collaborating with Systems, FPGA, Software, RF, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required with 5+ years in program management or engineering.
• Experience managing hardware/software or wireless/networking programs in fast-paced R&D environments.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Own schedules, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to resolve blockers and drive decisions.
• Track risks and dependencies; communicate status to leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards (Confluence, JIRA).
