Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for Integrated Solutions. You will own system‑level specs, KPIs, and operator experiences, bridging R&D, engineering, and sales.

Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer meetings, in Irvine, CA on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities include defining end‑to‑end performance specs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and integrating third‑party components

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, SDRs, mesh networking.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet release dates.
• U.S. Citizen with SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end specs for Integrated Solutions like PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences.
• Oversee lifecycle of PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and GTM teams.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer meetings.
