Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leader in advanced MIMO mesh networking solutions, seeks a Senior R&D Program Manager to drive cross‑functional engineering programs in defense, industrial, and public safety applications. The role partners with R&D leadership, product teams, and business development to define goals, plans, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus 10+ years in program management/engineering.
• Experience managing complex hardware/software wireless or EW programs in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across the full engineering lifecycle from concept to productization.
• Define program goals with cross-functional teams and manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain dashboards and documentation (Confluence, JIRA) for visibility into progress and metrics.
• Prepare executive reports on status, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Hire, mentor, and manage engineers and program staff to support growth of the R&D organization.
