Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Senior R&D Networked Electronic Warfare Test Engineer. You will design and execute comprehensive RF test procedures, develop automation, and demonstrate capabilities within the R&D team.

Onsite in West Los Angeles with cross‑functional collaboration and travel as needed. You will work with RF sensing and wireless products, coordinating with engineering to validate performance and deliver robust test systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Electronic Warfare system testing.
• Experience in embedded software/firmware testing, scripting, C/C++, Python.
• Experience with lab instruments and wireless test environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute full coverage test procedures for RF sensing and related features.
• Define test plans, implement automation, and troubleshoot new designs.
• Collaborate with R&D/Engineering to support feature rollouts and configurations.
• Develop logging/analysis tools for testing and test infra performance.
• Travel occasionally to support demonstrations and experiments.
