Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and support on-site customers.
• U.S. Citizenship due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design and test complete solutions for unique technical problems.
• Define products and features and conduct field trials.
• Provide customer and sales team support via troubleshooting and analysis.
• Assist with demonstrations, training, and bug reproduction.
• Create customer-facing documents and content.
