Job summary

Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit in West Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Research and Development (R&D) Program Manager. The role partners with R&D leadership and product teams to define goals, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver high-impact RF/wireless solutions.

You will manage schedules, milestones, and dashboards, mentor engineers, and report progress to senior management. Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 onsite days (Mon/Wed/Thu) is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 10+ years of program management/engineering experience.
• Experience managing complex hardware/software wireless or electronic warfare programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Define program goals and drive cross-functional execution with Systems, FPGA, Software, RF, Hardware, QA.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards; manage risks and resource demands.
