Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director, Business Strategy & Operations for PPM & Data Science in the US.

You will partner with executive leaders, architect workforce planning, and oversee multi-year capacity modeling and budgets to accelerate pipeline delivery and AI innovations across R&D. The role requires extensive biopharma experience, strategic partnership with VP/SVP level leaders, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in biopharmaceuticals/life sciences with PMO exposure.
• Experience partnering with VP/SVP level executives across R&D.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking with Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the executive operating rhythm for PPM and Data Science.
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation.
• Drive budgeting, financial cadence, and variance reporting for the function.
• Lead post-transaction integrations and cross-functional orchestration.
