Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharma leader, seeks a Senior Director, Head of R&D Governance and Portfolio Management to architect and lead governance across Discovery to Regulatory milestones.

You will partner with Strategy, Finance, and Executive leadership to drive prioritization, risk management, and accelerated decision making, delivering portfolio value and faster cycle times.

Qualificações

• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology with R&D governance, program/portfolio management.
• End-to-end knowledge of global drug discovery, clinical phases, and regulatory interactions (IND/CTA/NDA).
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive consensus without formal authority.
• Strong communication and governance process expertise, with results in decision-making pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead R&D governance architecture and committee operations.
• Oversee stage-gate governance from discovery through registration.
• Coordinate end-to-end meeting mechanics: scheduling, agendas, minutes, action items.
