Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Research and Early Development Project Management to build scalable program management across the early pipeline, from discovery through First-in-Human (FIH). This leader will drive process optimization and establish governance for an expanding neuroscience, oncology, and rare disease portfolio.

You will lead a global team of early development project managers, partner with C-suite scientists and CSOs, and embed enterprise planning tools

Formación

• Extensive biopharma industry experience in early drug development (Discovery to FIH).
• Proven ability to lead senior project managers and coaches.
• Ability to influence executives and governance bodies without direct authority.
• Hands-on proficiency with PPM tools Planisware, Smartsheet and Oracle.
• Track record of optimizing drug development pathways and reducing cycle times.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and scales program management capabilities across discovery and early development.
• Drives process optimization from candidate nomination through FIH trials.
• Champions cycle-time benchmarks and removes development friction.
• Designs scalable R&D operations to support neuroscience, oncology and rare diseases.
• Leads governance and portfolio oversight with senior stakeholders.
