Responsibilities

• Lead and define technical roadmaps for CX Analytics & Insights, Performance Analytics & Optimization, and AI products.
• Partner with CX Data Tech Leads and Enterprise Data & AI teams to align on data infrastructure and governance.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant analytics solutions across platforms (Power BI, Marketing Mix, Predictive Analytics).
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams and manage vendor relationships for timely delivery.
