The role reports to the Strategic HRBP R&D and collaborates with HR COEs, HR Delivery and HR Operations.

• Strong business acumen and ability to lead organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and leadership capability.
• Collaborate across HR operating model to deliver functional projects and programs.
• Lead change management initiatives including reorganizations and M&A activity.
• Influence and coach senior leaders and drive talent management processes.
• Operate with global HR teams to leverage best practices and continuous improvements.
• Use data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive outcomes.
