Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director, Business Strategy & Operations (BS&O) – GCDO to act as a strategic partner and Chief of Staff to the Head of Global Clinical Development Operations. This role drives alignment, cadence, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across GCDO.

You will oversee multi-year planning, data stewardship for capacity models, and budget cycles, collaborating with Finance, HR, and R&D leadership to ensure strategic execution and transparent communications.

Formación

• Extensive leadership experience in biopharma or life sciences.
• Experience partnering with VP/SVP-level leaders.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead workforce planning and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of GCDO and the GCDO Leadership Team.
• Lead the operational rhythm of GCDO: agendas, LT meetings, offsites, action tracking, execution.
• Coordinate workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource data stewardship across GCDO.
• Manage budgeting, OpEx, and financial reporting in collaboration with Finance.
