Job summary

Reynolds American is seeking a Lead Manager Data & Analytics – R&D in Winston-Salem, NC. The role reports to the DBS – Ops/SRD/Finance Data Analytics Director and has no direct reports.

You will drive data integration, reporting assets, and analytics capabilities within SR&D data warehouse ecosystems. The position emphasizes independent problem-solving, collaboration with partners, and leadership in data engineering and analytics to support business stability and improvements in the data

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP BO Universe and report development.
• Strong SQL skills including stored procedures and security.
• Experience integrating data across platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of ETL, SQL and visualizations.
• Collaborate with vendors to support production reporting environments.
• Manage small to mid-scale projects and deliver solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional teams with internal/external partners.
• Create data assets for ad-hoc and fixed reporting needs.
• Respond to incidents in the SR&D data warehouse environment.
