Reynolds American is seeking a Direct Accounts Analyst II in Winston-Salem, NC to provide world-class service for direct buying customers and field-based Trade Marketing staff. You will manage daily orders, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams on orders, credits/debits, and invoicing.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, solid organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous SAP/EDI exposure is a plus and benefits are comprehensive.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 1 year of experience; High School Diploma accepted with equivalent work experience (3-5 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Daily analysis of assigned customer orders to quickly identify issues regarding out-of-stocks, changes in delivery dates and any trends requiring improvements.
• Independently evaluate orders which exceed weekly allocations and make decisions to protect access to finished goods.
• Assist customers with ordering platforms (Order Direct/EDI) and troubleshoot problems related to orders with internal/external technical teams.
• Process debits, credits, returns and generate Tax Affidavits for State Tax reimbursement and required financial documents.
• Develop and review Promotion Execution status reports for key customers.
