The Pivot Group Network is actively building a West Michigan network of Quoting Specialists. In Montague, MI, you will prepare quotes for custom and standard products, review customer drawings for accurate cost estimates, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and production to ensure timely quotes.

You will maintain pricing matrices and communicate with customers to clarify requirements and present quotes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or sales support in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and CRM software.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
