Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in a full-time, on-site role in Deer Lake, PA. You will process quotations, purchase orders and work orders, while supporting sales from active and past customers and prospecting new business.

Responsibilities include data entry in Oracle, scheduling across plants, answering inquiries, and coordinating with manufacturing. Strong math, communication, and MS Office skills are essential, with prior construction products

Qualifications

• Must have high math aptitude to calculate Sq Footage for orders.
• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn, comprehend and apply training with judgement.
• Proactive decisions based on customer needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with project management and negotiation is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to read building drawings.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and accuracy for orders into Oracle.
• Scheduling and delivery coordination for multiple plant sites.
• Product knowledge and customer support inquiries.
• Responsible for claims, account reconciliation and transactions.
• Timely communication back to appropriate function.
• Answering inbound calls for basic customer needs.
• Liaison between manufacturing and customers.
• Learn designated commercial/industrial product line.
• Quoting to assist Outside Sales.
