Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to facilitate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders with accuracy, while maintaining excellent customer service. The role includes growing sales with current customers and prospecting new business, supported by experience in construction products and roofing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year post-secondary education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of construction products sales experience beneficial.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Previous roofing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and accuracy for orders into Oracle.
• Scheduling and delivery coordination for multiple plant sites.
• Provide product knowledge and customer support.
• Handle claims and account reconciliation.
• Maintain timely communication with relevant functions.
• Answer inbound calls for basic customer needs.
• Act as liaison for manufacturing and customers.
• Learn designated commercial/industrial product lines.
• Quote to assist Outside Sales.
