Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. in Dayton, OH, seeks a Customer Service Representative to facilitate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders while delivering prompt, courteous service to customers.

You will coordinate scheduling for multiple plant sites, handle data entry in Oracle, assist outside sales with quotes, and liaise between manufacturing and customers to ensure accurate, timely responses and accurate invoicing and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year post-secondary education required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of construction products sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Previous roofing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and accuracy for orders in Oracle.
• Scheduling/delivery coordination for multiple plant sites.
• Product knowledge and answering customer questions.
• Responsible for claims and account reconciliation and transactions.
• Timely communication back to appropriate function.
• Accepting inbound calls to assist basic customer needs.
• Liaison between manufacturing and customer.
• Quoting to assist Outside Sales.
