Job summary

• Provide product knowledge and customer support.
• Handle claims, account reconciliation and transactions.
• Maintain timely communication with relevant functions.
• Answer inbound calls for basic customer needs.
• Serve as liaison between manufacturing and customers.
• Learn designated product line for commercial/industrial use.
• Prepare quotes to assist Outside Sales.
