Job summary

Goodwill South Florida is seeking a Full Time Manager to ensure consistent performance across contracts through training and assessments aligned with Scope of Work and customer expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, strong training experience, and the ability to manage training records, safety programs, and quality systems. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; equivalent on‑the‑job experience may be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to train staff and interact with customers.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule contract site visits with leadership oversight and ensure staff are trained to perform procedures safely.
• Ensure training is completed, maintain training records, and review procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain training database and generate periodic reports for supervisors and managers.
• Assist with training needs identified by accounts or corrective action programs.
• Support Safety Program by distributing and collecting monthly safety training materials.
• Develop and maintain elements of the Service Contracts' Quality Management System as required.
• Manage inventory records for accounts using CompuClean and handle equipment maintenance records.
• Maintain a resource library of MSDS and training materials related to building maintenance; manage references.
