Job summary

Goodwill South Florida in Miami, FL, seeks a Training and Contracts Manager to ensure a consistent level of performance across all contracts through training and assessments aligned with the Scope of Work and customer expectations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, strong training and communication skills, and the ability to manage training records, schedules, and safety programs within the Service Contracts team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required; equivalent on-the-job experience may be considered.
• Training experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and data accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule contract site visits with the VP of Service Contracts and ensure staff are trained to perform procedures safely.
• Maintain training records and ensure required training (orientation, ongoing, annual) is completed.
• Maintain the training database and provide periodic reports to supervisors and managers.
• Assist with training needs identified by the account or through Corrective Action/Preventive Action programs.
• Support the Safety Program by distributing and collecting monthly safety training materials.
• Assist in developing and maintaining elements of the Service Contracts Quality Management System.
• Manage inventory records for all accounts using CompuClean; maintain equipment maintenance/repair records in CompuClean.
• Maintain a resource library of MSDS, training materials, videos, and forms; keep an index of resources.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel for correspondence and training spreadsheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Service Contracts to ensure safe and effective procedures.
