Job summary

Goodwill South Florida is seeking a Training Specialist at the Main Plant in Miami to develop and deliver job-skill training for participants with disabilities in a manufacturing setting. You will analyze tasks, create training plans, and track progress to meet production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma (an AA degree is preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to document performance and records. Bilingual English with Spanish or Creole is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; an AA degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver clear instructions and maintain records.
• English-reading and writing proficiency; Spanish or Creole a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform job analysis to understand the job's demands and required functions.
• Train the participant to perform job duties independently and manage production steps.
• Plan and monitor training schedules to achieve production standards.
• Assess performance, record production and progress, and report to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
