Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida seeks a Training Coordinator to ensure consistent performance across contracts through comprehensive training and assessments aligned with the Scope of Work and customer expectations.

You will schedule site visits, ensure staff complete required orientations and ongoing training, and maintain training records while supporting safety initiatives and quality management documentation.

Qualifications

Summary

Responsible for ensuring a consistent level of performance across all contracts through training and assessments based on standards defined in the Scope of Work and the customer\'s expectations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Vice President of Service Contracts and in conjunction with the Division Operations Manager to schedule contract site visits and ensure that all employees are adequately trained to perform job procedures safely. Contribute to the review of procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure division employees receive all required training, including, but not limited to, orientation, ongoing training, and annual training. Follow up when training is not completed. Maintain training records.
• Maintain the training database and provide periodic reports to supervisors and managers.
• Assist supervisors and managers with training needs identified by the account or through the Corrective Action/Preventive Action Program.
• Support Goodwill\'s Safety Program by distributing and collecting monthly safety training materials.
• Assist the Vice President of Service Contracts with the development and maintenance of other elements of the Service Contracts\' Quality Management System as required.
• Manage inventory records for all accounts using CompuClean.
• As needed, manage equipment maintenance and repair records using CompuClean.
• Maintain a resource library of MSDS, training materials, videos, audiotapes, and forms related to the building maintenance industry. Maintain an index of these resources.
• Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required. Correspondence, reports, memos, and detailed training spreadsheets will be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Service Contracts, ensuring that employees are adequately trained in the safest and most effective job procedures.
