Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver clear and precise instructions, maintain accurate records, and analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Perform job analysis to understand the job's demands, environment, and tools.
• Train participants to perform duties independently with instruction tailored to learning style.
• Plan and monitor training schedules to meet production standards.
• Assess performance, record progress, and report findings.
• Supervise employees for coaching and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with department needs.
