Job summary

You will schedule site visits, ensure staff complete required orientations and ongoing training, and maintain training records while supporting safety initiatives and quality management documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating employee training and maintaining training records.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and basic reporting.
• Ability to manage training databases and generate periodic reports.

Responsibilities

• Schedule contract site visits with supervision and ensure staff training compliance.
• Administer orientation, ongoing, and annual training; track completion.
• Maintain training records and databases; provide periodic reports.
• Support the Safety Program and quality management system documentation.
• Manage inventory and equipment maintenance records as needed.
