Job summary

Goodwill Industries is seeking a Training Administrator for our Florida operations. The role focuses on ensuring consistent performance across contracts through training and assessments aligned with the Scope of Work and customer expectations.

You will schedule site visits, maintain training records, manage the training database, and support the Safety Program with monthly training activities. A BA in business or related field is required, with strong communication and data accuracy skills.

• Training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and data accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule contract site visits and ensure safety training.
• Ensure employees receive orientation and annual training; follow up.
• Maintain training database and prepare periodic reports.
• Assist with training needs identified by accounts or Corrective Action/Preventive Action program.
• Support Safety Program by distributing monthly safety training.
• Develop and maintain elements of the Service Contracts' Quality Management System as required.
• Manage inventory records for all accounts using CompuClean.
• Manage equipment maintenance and repair records in CompuClean.
• Maintain a resource library of MSDS, training materials, videos, and forms.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for correspondence, reports, and detailed spreadsheets.
• Other duties may be assigned.
