True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician for high-pressure die casting on the 2nd shift in Cedarburg, WI. You will perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, verify GD&T and dimensional conformance, and support root-cause investigations.

This direct-hire role offers up to $41/hour (~$85k/year) plus 401(k) match, bonuses, benefits, and attendance PTO. A stable ISO-certified environment with tier-one OEM partners and strong tenure among staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a quality technician in HPDC or metal manufacturing.
• Ability to read drawings and GD&T; use precision measuring tools.
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of die cast components.
• Verify conformance with GD&T and specifications using CMM and hand tools.
• Lead containment and report defects (NCMRs) with root-cause follow-up.
• Support audits, PPAP, FAI, and ISO/TS quality activities.
