Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of quality technician experience in HPDC or metal manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints with GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (CMM, calipers, micrometers).
• Must reside within a 45-minute maximum commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of die cast components.
• Conduct root-cause defect investigations and containment.
• Verify GD&T and dimensional conformance using CMM and hand tools.
• Review drawings, specifications, control plans, and work instructions.
• Assist with audits, PPAPs, and ISO/IATF quality requirements.
