Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company seeks a detail‑oriented leader to direct CMM programming activities in support of production. You will ensure safety, quality procedures, and timely inspections while guiding a team to meet specifications and production goals.

In this role you will drive continuous improvement, maintain QMS practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and outcomes at Silfex in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent with 6+ years in a related role.
• Lean thinking/tools knowledge preferred.
• Ability to coach and influence without direct authority.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and procedures.
• Eligible for EAR/ITAR deemed exports.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates CMM programming activities in support of production.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and EHS requirements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Quality Management System; apply procedures.
• Review production orders to plan inspection requirements.
• Coordinate inspection activities to meet specifications and delivery dates.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and lead standard work.
