Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement professional to lead Lean, CI, and Industrial Engineering initiatives across manufacturing and business operations. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and sustained process optimization.

The candidate will analyze performance metrics, drive standard work, and partner with engineering, maintenance, and leadership to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing CI/IE or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, or industrial engineering initiatives in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct reporting authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive annual operational improvement plans focusing on productivity, cost reduction, and workflow efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean, CI, and Industrial Engineering tools.
• Facilitate deployment of Lean and Change Management across all levels of the organization.
• Own collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of operational data to monitor performance and opportunities.
• Evaluate opportunities for CIP initiatives, including labor efficiency and technology implementation.
