Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company is seeking an experienced Quality/Manufacturing leader to direct CMM programming activities in support of production. You will coordinate inspection schedules, apply QMS procedures, and drive continuous quality improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires an Associates degree or equivalent with 6+ years of manufacturing quality experience, Lean/Six Sigma training, and the ability to coach others.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience.
• Lean Thinking / Six Sigma training is preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others without direct authority.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret dimensional prints and procedures.
• Eligible for EAR/ITAR exports is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the activities of all CMM programming in support of production.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and safety policies.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Silfex's QMS and apply procedures accordingly.
• Review production orders and schedules to plan inspection requirements.
• Oversee Quality department systems and drive cross-functional improvements.
