Job summary

Silfex, a Lam Research Company, seeks a seasoned Lean/CI professional to drive change across office and shop floor teams. You will support data collection, analyze performance metrics, and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.

The role includes training on Lean Core Criteria, promoting constraints management, and coordinating with peers and managers to advance the transformation. A strong communication and collaboration mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
• High energy and assertiveness to manage basic intermediate processes and projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills; clear roadblock reporting in a timely manner.
• Strong written communication skills delivering lean event reports and training slides.
• Ability to inspire and influence without authority and to challenge the status quo.
• Strong collaboration across peers, team leads and managers.

Responsibilities

• Supports Lean/CI change management culture across office and shop floor via value stream mapping and lean events.
• Supports data collection and analysis to meet performance objectives on waste, profitability, quality and safety.
• Facilitates Kaizen events, CI projects, Just-Do-Its, and Wins of the Week documents.
• Trains Lean Core Criteria to cross-functional employees including Value-Add/NVA, 5S, Standard Work, and more.
• Promotes Theory of Constraints and lean transformation topics to support business needs.
• Acts as an effective change agent and coordinates across departments as needed.
