Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience leading continuous improvement or industrial engineering initiatives in manufacturing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement annual operational improvement plans focused on productivity and cost reduction.
• Apply Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Industrial Engineering tools to optimize processes.
• Collect and analyze operational data to drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, and profitability.
• Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new processes and standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and business teams on MOS and CIP initiatives.
