Job summary

This role leads CMM programming activities, drives quality systems, and collaborates across maintenance, metrology, and programming teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

We seek a professional with 6+ years in manufacturing quality, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and the ability to coach and influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience
• Lean Thinking and Tools to drive continuous improvement
• Lean Six Sigma training; Green Belt preferred
• Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others without direct authority
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret dimensional prints and technical docs

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all CMM programming activities in support of production
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and EHS requirements
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Silfex's Quality Management System and apply procedures
• Review production orders to plan inspection requirements
• Execute schedules and coordinate inspection to meet specs and delivery dates
• Drive continuous quality improvements and lead root cause actions
